GalNAc Conjugation: Coupling small molecules and lipids to GalNAc dendrimers for targeted delivery.

Symegold Library

Organix provides access to Symeres’ Symegold library, a collection of more than 75,000 novel and lead-like compounds for high-throughput screening (HTS). This library of derivatized scaffolds has been carefully designed to cover as much druglike space as possible, whilst maintaining favorable physicochemical properties. Furthermore, the library design principles allow for the expedient synthesis of additional analogues and scaffold hopping can be employed to quickly expand the chemical diversity.
