Custom Synthesis (GMP lipids now available)

We provide Custom Synthesis of molecules in all structural classes, Design and Synthesis of New Chemical Entities, Structure Activity Relationship Studies, Hit-to-Lead Studies, and Development and Optimization of Synthetic Procedures. We also Design and Synthesize Phosphoramidites and Drug Conjugates in which active NCEs are tethered to HRP, PEG, HPMA-polymers, HPMA-copolymers, or other large molecules and Dendrimers. These tethered NCEs can also be designed to cleave and release the NCE in situ.

Custom Polymer Synthesis

Our Custom Synthesis Services Include Small Molecule Conjugation for Polymers and GalNAc Dendrimers.

Medicinal Chemistry

Analytical Services

Whether it is for analysis of compounds, structure elucidation, or identification of potential impurities of materials, here at Organix, we provide a wide range of services for your analytical needs.  With new progress and improvements continuing at our facilities, we have renovated, revamped, and extended our research capabilities.  Available techniques for compound analysis and structure elucidation include NMR spectroscopy with multinuclear capability, HPLC (ELSD, UV, and preparative), UPLC-CAD, MS, and LC-MS.    With the addition of new and improved equipment, our dedicated and professional scientists can work more efficiently to provide accurate, expert data in a timely manner.  We offer same-day turnaround for urgent attention, or for our normal service we provide the data within a day or two.  Spectra and data will be provided in either electronic or paper form.  Organix sends the data as an email attachment or fax.  Alternatively, the data can be picked up on site at Organix or mailed to the client.  For a small fee we also provide interpretation of NMR spectra.  In addition to our standalone analytical services, we offer services for integrated chemistry and analysis.  With Organix’ strong reputation for supplying high-quality lipids for research applications, we specialize in lipid analysis and purification.  Contact our team to learn more about or analytical services.
